At Trueliv, we pour care into every pack of tea we craft.
Since our teas are consumable items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
For that reason - we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
However, we do offer exchange in limited cases.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong tea blend.
  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.
  • The package was tampered with upon arrival.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The tea pack must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and clear product photos must be shared for verification.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Your Order ID

  • A short note describing the problem

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange steps.

4. Processing of Exchange

  • You may need to ship the product back (if required) - we’ll share instructions.
  • After verification, your replacement tea pack will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
  • No monetary refund will be processed - only exchange or replacement.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Opened or used tea packs
  • Tea damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Items bought during flash sales or bundle offers
