  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to natural calamities, courier strikes, or unforeseen logistic issues - we appreciate your patience in such situations.

4. Shipping Charges

Every tea pack is sealed with care and packed in moisture-proof, eco-friendly packaging to maintain freshness and aroma.
We ensure your tea reaches you safe, hygienic, and intact.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner link.
You can track your delivery status anytime using that link.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package.
We’ll investigate and offer a suitable exchange or replacement as per our policy.

8. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
